Smart High-Pressure Misting System
Landscape fog, cooling, humidification and air purification in one system
View detailsStainless body with a ruby orifice for long, clog-free service
The nozzle is the part that decides how a misting system feels. Our stainless-steel nozzle pairs a ruby orifice with a stainless body: the ruby resists abrasion from water-borne particles, so the spray pattern stays stable far longer than a plain metal orifice.
Used across our own landscape, cooling, dust and humidification ranges, and supplied as a spare part for systems already in the field.

Typical working pressure is 70–100 bar for fine landscape fog (droplet size 1–15 μm) and 40–70 bar for outdoor mosquito control, where larger droplets are wanted so the repellent stays in the air longer.
One pump unit covers roughly 500–2,000 m² for cooling and landscape fog, and roughly 300–1,500 m² for mosquito control, depending on nozzle layout, pipe length and wind conditions. Send us a site plan and we will size it for you.
Under dry, hot conditions a correctly sized system typically lowers the perceived temperature in the treated zone by about 5–10 °C (9–18 °F). We will confirm the expectation for your site before you order.
Municipal tap water is normally suitable. We recommend an inlet filter (and softener where water is hard) to protect nozzles. Flow requirement depends on nozzle count — we calculate it in the proposal.

Two numbers decide it: the area to be covered, and whether the nozzles cool an open area or protect a perimeter. Everything else follows.
Read the guide →A typical garden system is a one-day installation: tubing along boundaries, nozzles on posts or fence lines, pump and tank out of sight. A finished garden is not a problem.
Read the guide →On site, price is set by how many dust sources you have to treat — not by the size of the site on the drawings.
Read the guide →In a quarry, dust control is a layout problem. Solve it at the generation point and everything downstream gets easier.
