Smart High-Pressure Misting System
Landscape fog, cooling, humidification and air purification in one system
View detailsHigh-pressure humidification for poultry and livestock sheds, greenhouses, mushroom farms, textile and printing workshops, and cold storage where relative humidity has to be held in a band.
Fine mist evaporates in the air and raises humidity without wetting stock, produce or machinery. Zones can be linked to humidity sensors so each area is controlled independently.

Typical working pressure is 70–100 bar for fine landscape fog (droplet size 1–15 μm) and 40–70 bar for outdoor mosquito control, where larger droplets are wanted so the repellent stays in the air longer.
One pump unit covers roughly 500–2,000 m² for cooling and landscape fog, and roughly 300–1,500 m² for mosquito control, depending on nozzle layout, pipe length and wind conditions. Send us a site plan and we will size it for you.
Under dry, hot conditions a correctly sized system typically lowers the perceived temperature in the treated zone by about 5–10 °C (9–18 °F). We will confirm the expectation for your site before you order.
Municipal tap water is normally suitable. We recommend an inlet filter (and softener where water is hard) to protect nozzles. Flow requirement depends on nozzle count — we calculate it in the proposal.

Misting uses far less water than sprinklers, but the figure varies a lot by application — and by how the system is controlled.
Read the guide →Birds cannot sweat. Once shed temperature passes their comfort band, feed turns into heat stress and mortality rises. The design question is how to cool the air without wetting the litter.
Read the guide →Heat stress shows up in the milk tank, the feed conversion figure and the mortality line. Cooling the air is usually cheaper than treating the consequences.
Read the guide →Humidity is not one number to hold — it is a band to keep, and getting it wrong shows up as leaf disease or stalled growth.
