Dust Suppression and Odor Control Systems for Industrial Sites

Water mist that binds dust at the source and knocks it out of the air — with a fraction of the water a sprinkler system needs, and without turning the site into mud.

What the system gives you

  • Nozzle lances aimed at crushers, transfer points and stockpiles
  • Automatic triggering from wind, dust or vibration sensors (optional)
  • Zoned control so only the working area is sprayed
  • Stainless nozzles and corrosion-resistant pipework for site conditions
  • Also available: atomised odor control for waste transfer and treatment facilities

Where it is installed

Crushers & transfer points

Lances and ring manifolds at the point where dust is generated.

Bulk material yards

Perimeter misting plus stockpile wetting to stop wind-blown dust.

Demolition & excavation

Boom or wall-mounted nozzle lines following the working face.

Waste & recycling

Cyclic deodorant atomisation over tipping halls and loading bays.

What we need to design a site system

Industrial misting is a layout problem: the nozzles have to be where the dust or odour is generated.

1. Dust source

Crusher, transfer point, stockpile or working face — and how far the dust travels.

2. Water & power

Available flow, pressure, water quality (hardness matters) and on-site power.

3. Layout & wind

Prevailing wind decides placement; pipe runs and support structure are agreed with your plan.

4. Control logic

Manual, timer, sensor-triggered or PLC interlocked with your existing equipment.
